Phase 1 of this Senior Fit program will last 8 weeks and you will receive 4 mail packets throughout Phase 1. Each exercise flyer has 4-5 different types of exercise program. Our research assistant will also send you texts multiple times throughout Phase 1 to keep you motivated and active. Please keep an eye out for texts!
