Hello Participants! It’s time to start Phase 2 of the Senior Fit Program!
For Phase 2, you will use a smartphone application (app) for 24 weeks to support your daily physical activities and social communication.
For Phase 2, you will find multiple indoor exercises, walk, and activity guidelines in the app. This time, you will decide what you want to do and how much you want to exercise using the Senior Fit app. You will not be getting any workout plans or any kind of structure to follow; however, you will receive motivational texts and useful resources through the app.
